To maintain excellence in Academics and to develop interdisciplinary skills for secured and contended future, JAIN COLLEGE, Gwalior came into existence on July 2, 2000 through Manodeep Higher Education Society. Sh. Manoj Jain, the Chairman of the College laid the foundation stone at sprawling campus of over 5 acres of land, to fulfill his dream of providing education to the children of poor and of different social, economical, physical and spiritual backgrounds. The college is inspired by the philosophy of “Jainism” that is 'Service to Mankind'.The College is a paradise for learning as it is specifically designed to create a stimulating atmosphere and being located at a prominent site that is 19 kms from Maharajpur Airport, 7 kms from Railway Station as well as Main Bus Stand and 4 kms from the heart of the city-the Maharaj Bada at Gudi Guda ka Naka Road, Chirwai, Lashkar, Gwalior (M.P.).
The campus paves the way for a creative, yet constructive training for an individual. The college is having seminar halls, laboratories, rich library, and fully exclusive spoken classes with terminals and software. College provides excellent infrastructure for curricular and extra-curricular activities. The campus comprises of three Academic and three residential blocks (two for boys and one for girls) which is designed to create a unique ambience and situated at various city locations in pollution free environment.
 

Academic Session Commencement:
The Academic session of Jiwaji University courses commences around 1st of July to 31st of July and For Punjab Technical University courses it will commence around 1st of September to 15th of September. Faculties and seniors of respective streams throw “Introduction” or “Welcome” party celebration to greet the newcomers. This kind of event helps the student to get acquainted with the new environment, culture and traditions of the college. It inspires the student to become a part of this huge family as he remains near & dear to all the people of college.
The student gets a break of about 15 days in each semester after the completion of subsequent module.
